If you have held restricted shares for more than 6 months of a reporting company which is major exchange traded, or of certain Pink Sheets companies [which meet 15c2-11 informational requirements] you may sell without limitation*
Or, if you have held restricted shares for more than 12 months of a non-reporting company, you may sell without limitation*
*1%/90 day volume limitation for affiliates - Form 144 required for affiliates and other Rule 144 manner of sale provisions apply at all times
$285 for the first certificate - 144(b)(1) Opinion
(you do not need a Pay Pal account - any credit card is accepted - call for volume discounts)
$195 Per Certificate for transactions involving 2 or more certificates of the same company and same shareholder - call for greater volume discounts
