At your direction - once we have your basic information, we will prepare the opinion letter in advance of receiving payment - just fax us your Form 144 paperwork and a copy of the restricted certificate(s) and we will prepare and fax letters to all participants.  Wire transfer available. PayPal available using any credit card - PayPal account not required.  Fax a copy of the check for 24 hour service!
